1 Do you have appropriate site to hold this event.

The first thing you will need to check is the location of the event. The minimum requirements are: -

• 20 x 25 metres hard standing with no cellers, undergroung tanks or tunnels
• The area should ideally be clear of overhead obstructions.
• Entrance must be 3 metres wide and 3.8 metres high.
• If uncertain this will be inspected during our site survey.

3 Meet at your site

A meeting will be held at your location so that we can do a free site survey to check that the area is both suitable and safe. Once we are happy with the location we will instruct you on how to get the most out of this event. After the contact has been signed we will leave you with posters and leaflets to help you advertise your event.

4 We will contact you

One week before the event we will contact you to check that everything is going well and answer any final questions.
